Jane Thurnell-Read is passionate about healthy ageing. She switched to a vegan diet a few years ago after decades of being vegetarian and is convinced that ageing well is made easier by eating a plant-based diet, getting plenty of exercise and staying socially and mentally active and connected.
Jane insists that most people can enjoy their lives as they mature. She has launched Upliness, her new online community, specially to inspire others that they needn’t spend the last 20% of their life suffering from depression or ill health. Jane is in her seventies and is a great example!
